Comments by customer We would like to commend our housing agent Ms Lavern, for her dedication and service excellence. After handling the successful sale of our existing flat, she straight away scouted for our next potential home. We had several requirements in mind and wanted to invest in a property near our in-laws place. Ms Lavern went door to door knocking and suggested several houses which met most of our conditions. We managed to find a potential home under a listing site. We alerted her and she swiftly arranged a house viewing that weekend itself. There were many buyers in the line and we were almost losing hope. We loved the house and wanted it to be our dream home. Ms Lavern suggested that we could try to persuade the home owners. In fact, at one point during our negotiation she even got emotional in trying to explain our needs. The home owners were moved and agreed to make a fair deal.
