Months later, one of my other apt having some issue with the then tenant and I need a professional advise, I contacted a few agents to ask for their advise. Ms Laven was one of the two agents who answered my question, she even took the extra miles to help me ask her company lawyer on one of my question. Eventually I can amicably solve the issue with my tenant. A year later when I need to sell one of my apt, I called her and let her handle this sales for me. This is a token in appreciation of her effort lending to me previously. I have asking a slightly higher than market price for my unit. Laven took about 11 months to help me closed the deal. Throughout this period, she will update me whenever she has found potential buyer and conducted viewing. She has never given me any pressure to lower my asking price. She has once advised me to repair a part of the ceiling as she noticed there was a water leaking marks. I have encountered several agents pressurised me to accept lower rental. I am very appreciated to her that she did not pressurised me anything. 11 months is very long, she continue her patient helping me marketing my unit, update viewers comment. In conclusion, I would like to give Ms Laven a super star rating. She is a helpful knowledgeable and professional property agent.
