Lentor Central Residences

GUOCOLAND, in partnership with Hong Leong and CSC Land, plans to launch Lentor Central Residences in Q2 2025.

This 477-unit development marks GuocoLand’s fourth project in the emerging Lentor Hills estate. Meanwhile, the Lentor Modern mall, slated to open in 2026, is already over 50% leased. According to GuocoLand, the mall will feature a variety of F&B options alongside medical, beauty, and wellness services.
